Creative Thinking Techniques for Individuals and Teams
Creativity is often viewed as a “soft” skill, or a less important capability than right-brain, logical thinking. Yet, knowing how to generate new ideas consistently and solve problems creatively is crucial for organizational innovation and growth. Creativity isn’t just relevant, it’s essential.
This 1-day creativity training workshop provides an introduction to how the creative process works. Participants will gain a number of proven practical tools to support creativity and innovative problem solving. The workshop also includes individual coaching by the facilitator on how to use creativity techniques in the workplace, individually and when facilitating others. Participants are encouraged to bring along real-life situations to be addressed by a broad range of practical creative techniques that can be used in the workplace.
This workshop features LEGO SERIOUS PLAY® — a unique methodology designed to enhance innovative thinking and creativity, and improve communication and teamwork. Guided by Kamal Hassan, a Trained LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Facilitator, you will use LEGO building blocks to create specific representations, or metaphors, as a tool to improve creative thinking.
