Continuous Innovation with Lean Six Sigma
When innovating business processes, the same tools can be used as when improving business processes. The difference comes in the goals of each project. Operational innovation strives to create new processes and ways of doing work, as opposed to merely improving on existing processes. While both approaches are valuable ways to reduce costs, enhance efficiency and improve quality, only one approach — operational innovation — supports the culture and outcomes of continuous innovation.
Innovation 360′s Green Belt Training and Certification produces competent and knowledgeable practitioners who can lead operational innovation teams to enable continuous innovation in the organization. Our Green Belt candidates receive instruction in how to properly define, scope, lead and execute operational innovation projects using the DMAIC methodology and key innovation tools. The course also includes an introduction to change leadership, giving students an added edge to effectively manage, support and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
This 10-day Green Belt training program is one of the most comprehensive available. In addition to hands-on experiential curriculum, the program is led by world-class instructors who mentor students throughout the course. To become certified, students must complete a Green Belt project and pass a written exam.
Why Choose Innovation 360?
Green Belts trained by Innovation 360 are prepared to tackle real-world problems and lead operational innovation projects due to our:
- Comprehensive Program – Innovation 360 packs in more skills and concepts than its toughest competitors. This intensive training translates to stronger, more competent practitioners.
- Experienced Instructors – Innovation 360 instructors average five years practical experience as Master Black Belts before ever teaching a class. This gives them the working knowledge to explain complex concepts in real-world terms.
- Robust Support – Students have access to instructors in between classroom sessions for project coaching and mentoring.
- Project Experience – Project work is a critical component of training. Innovation 360′s Green Belts graduate with their first project complete, giving them the real-world skills they need to succeed.
- Unique Curriculum – Innovation 360′s coursework incorporates hands-on simulations, exercises and practical application that keeps learning interesting and fun, and enhances comprehension and retention.
