You will also learn a variety of techniques to help you design an innovative business model that aligns with your corporate vision, but also differentiates you from the competition.
This workshop features LEGO SERIOUS PLAY — a unique methodology designed to enhance innovative thinking and creativity, and improve communication and teamwork. Guided by Kamal Hassan, a Trained LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Facilitator, you will use LEGO building blocks to create specific representations, or metaphors, as a tool to better understand your current business model and generate innovative ideas for new business models.
