Kamal Hassan, President and Chief Excitement Officer

Kamal Hassan is a 20-year veteran of the business world and an expert in managing the deployment of innovation programs that enhance value creation through innovative products, services and business models. Under his leadership, Innovation 360 has become one of the most recognized and respected consultancies in the region, known for its dedication to furthering innovation awareness and competency and fostering entrepreneurship.

Kamal leverages his real-world experience to advise Innovation 360′s enterprise-level and government clients on business and innovation transformation, innovation strategy to execution, and sustaining innovation gains. He is also an active supporter of regional SMEs and startups, helping them become more competitive using business model innovation, and contributing time and financial support to local educational programs including recent Startup Weekend events in Dubai and Gaza. Sameer Sortur, Director of WOW! Projects

Sameer Sortur has more than 12 years experience as a technology solutions consultant. Having worked with many enterprise clients and government agencies in the GCC, he is well versed in the challenges and opportunities that regional organizations face when it comes to strategic market expansion and business development. In addition, he is formally trained in Six Sigma and was a founding member of the Continuous Improvement subgroup of Dubai Quality Group.

As Director of WOW! Projects for Innovation 360, Sameer directs daily operations and contributes to business development and relationship management. In addition, he provides his expertise to help clients leverage technology solutions that enhance innovation efforts, improve process efficiency and drive growth.

Deb Jennings, Director of Storytelling

Deb Jennings has more than 15 years experience writing on a variety of topics including business, innovation, performance excellence methodologies and technology. She is a contributing author to the books “The Innovator’s Toolkit: 50+ Techniques for Predictable and Sustainable Organic Growth” and “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Lean Six Sigma.” 

As Director of Storytelling for Innovation 360, Deb leads the company’s marketing and communication efforts including social media engagement, customer case studies, email newsletters and website content. She also contributes to training workshop curriculum development, leveraging her knowledge of innovation and business excellence methodologies.

Brigitte Seumenicht, Sr. Consultant, Innovation and Creativity Trainer

Brigitte Seumenicht is an innovation and creativity consultant and trainer with 10 years of experience helping clients around the globe. She is well versed in lateral thinking methods, and is a Certified LEGO SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator. She has worked with business, government and educational clients around the world including Siemens in Mexico and ITC in the Middle East. As a Senior Consultant and Trainer for Innovation 360, Brigitte inspires clients to new levels of creativity and insight, helping them generate innovative ideas, solve problems and improve teamwork.

Mohammed Reda Zahrani, Director of Awsome

Reda Zahrani is an Information Technology (IT) Specialist with more than eight years experience in website design, software development and enterprise computer systems management. Prior to joining Innovation 360, he managed Netflow, an IT and Internet solutions firm, in addition to working with a variety of organizations in the financial and retail industries.

With a Masters in Networks & Information Systems engineering, along with expertise in Web 2.0 technologies and graphic design, Reda is a versatile and valuable member of the Innovation 360 team. As Director of Awesome, he is in charge of the company’s online presence and corporate network, as well as providing assistance in the area of Innovation Technology Enablers for clients.
